TERMS OF SERVICE

Please take your time to throughly read through my terms of service. It has everything you need to know about my business functions and requirements. If you cannot agree with my terms please don’t commission me.

WILL & WON’T DRAW

Anime styles I can replicate:
KNY, BNHA, DBZ, JJK, CSM, SNK, Haikyuu, BSD, iDOLiSH7, Genshin (+20%), and others.(Send DM if you are interested in a style that isn’t listed.)Please note: I cannot completely mimic some styles to make them look completely canon and tend to contribute my own stylization to my works.

HOW TO ORDER AND ORDER PROCESS:

1. Fill out my order form (linked on the home page) and thoroughly read my terms of service which can be found in the form and below. I do not accept commissions through DMs and only strictly through the form as I work directly from it.2. Confirmation. Wait for me to review your form and I will contact you through your preferred method of communication. If you fill out my form when my commissions are closed, you will be waitlisted. (Unless you are a Patreon subscriber.)3. Payment. I only accept payment through PayPal invoice and require full payment up front unless you request a payment plan.4. Contact. I will contact you when you are next on my work-list and again when I start your commission sketch. (If you are towards the bottom of my work-list it may take a bit for me to contact you through DM, which is why I urge everyone to please frequently check the work-list which is always being updated.)(Commission completion time ranges from 1-2 months, ultimately it depends on the batch’s workload. More complex/large orders can reach the 2 month time frame.)(For reference, I work in the order of form submission. The people towards the top of my work-list will generally get their orders more quickly than those towards the bottom. Which is why I request everyone to check my work-list to get status updates. Don’t hesitate to reach out through DM though to inquire about your commission status if you prefer.)5. Updates. I will keep you updated as I work on your commission. I will send sketch and line-art for approval, then the final piece.6. Download. I will send you a google drive link so you can download your commission in HQ. Please download and save your commission as soon as possible. The download link won’t be active forever. (Please also keep your commission in a safe place. I am not responsible for lost/misplaced commissions and cannot restore old commission files.)

GENERAL INFORMATION:

» I have the right to decline a commission I don’t feel comfortable doing or am not confident in doing.» I have the right to post your commission with credits to the commissioner on my social media unless you are a private commissioner.» I may post my own personal work during commissions. (Drawing personal arts is my break time.)» My commissions cannot be used for NFTs/AI or be associated with them in any shape or form. Doing so will result in a permanent blacklist/ban.» It’s first come first served. I work in the order of form submission and generally on one commission at a time. (As such, if you are further down in my work-list you will have a longer wait period.)» Filling out the form doesn’t guarantee your commission will be accepted the current batch. If there are a lot of people who fill out the form at once, you may be waitlisted if the slots fill up. If this happens I will notify you.» Make sure your references are correct and clear. I highly prefer working from clean visual references. (Working from lengthy notes/descriptions, heavily unfinished art, or drawing an anime version of an existing irl person will result in a fee starting at +75%)» Make sure the references you provide are accurate and what you want. Do not send me entirely new references that don’t resemble the original ones while I am working on your commission or after I send you the completed sketch. You will be charged with additional fees for the changes.» Please don’t give me AI generated art/images as reference material. I strongly stand against the use of AI and it’s an unreliable source/tool to work off of. (If it’s all you got, additional fees will be made starting at +20%)» Once you submit your form your order cannot be changed. I am fine with minor changes such as color, but not entire character/style/pose changes especially after payment has been completed.» Fill out the order form properly. Put all other necessary and important commission information/references in the form that way it’s in a safe and easy for me to access place. If you don’t fill out the form properly it will be discarded or you will be asked to fill it out again. Lack of information regarding your commission can lead to confusion and potential conflict/delays during the process. (Please don’t fill out the order form question boxes with “I’ll say/describe in DMs,” “idk,” or anything along those lines.)» Be specific about what you want and answer the form questions to the best of your ability that way the making of your commission goes smoothly.» Please don’t give me free rein or “leave things up to me.” This usually makes me take longer as I have to brainstorm the whole piece. (And I don’t know your ocs the way you do.) Additionally there is no guarantee you will like what I come up with which would result in me having to start over, which makes it more time consuming.» If you provide image link references, please make sure those links stay live and accessible until your commission is completed. For example, do not delete the google drive folder of references you send me if your commission isn’t finished yet.» If you commission an audio card, please have an audio file or video with your desired audio prepared for me if you want very specific voice lines. (I will not spend hours watching anime to find the specific voice lines you want.) Otherwise provide me with a VA name or describe the type of voice you want for your character, and trust me to find a voice and voice lines based on your description.» Please speak up if you are unsatisfied with something regarding your commission sketch. Major changes can and will only be done during the sketching phase. Once I start lineart, major changes cannot be done! Do not wait until it’s too late to tell me something. (If you request a change (ex, pose, different clothes, different hair, etc.) after completed lineart an extra fee will be issued and I won’t continue the commission until that fee is paid.)» I am always open to making sketch revisions, but if I start to accumulate 5+ different saved files of the sketch, additional fees will start to be issued. (+$5 per revised sketch at this point.) That’s why it is very important to fill out the order form properly and most importantly, be upfront/specific about ALL of that changes you want on the first sketch I send. Many revisions results in set backs/delays with your commission and others which impacts my entire commission schedule. (You get 5 free sketches (and you may ask for as many changes as you want on those sketches) before additional fees are issued. If you want revisions, tell me everything that needs to be revised all at once to limit the amount of save files.)» Any wanted minor changes on finished commission are doable up to 7 days after completion. (Ex, minor color adjustments, mistake on my part, etc.)» Please allow up to 1-2 months for commission completion, in some cases longer if order demands and/or complexity is high. (Such as large scale comic orders—those will potentially take longer as they require more hours.) Please be mindful of my workload and that I have other obligations outside of art. If there are any major delays you will be notified. (I will notify you of delays through either DM, public instagram story, and an official notice on my worklist.) Exceptions only for priority commissions. (Those who pay rushing fees to meet a set deadline.)◉ PATREON TIER IV + EXCLUSIVE: Please allow up to 1-2 WEEKS for commission completion. Tier IV + patrons have high priority and stated prices will be discounted by -15%. Even if my commission status is closed, my commissions will always be open for you.» Please don’t rush or spam me. I am always open to answering any questions you have about your commission and order status, (please don’t hesitate to contact me) but please don’t spam my inboxes continuously. You can always check the status of your commission on my public work-list. It’s there for your convenience and mine. I share all updates there mostly and it’s my main source for commission updates, so check there often! I rely heavily on this work-list to keep everyone updated simultaneously and in an easily accessible spot.» Please don’t overstep your boundaries. Keep a respectful business and customer relationship. In the event the client displays inappropriate/immoral behavior will result in a commission cancellation and blacklist with no refund.» Keep your saved commissions/adopts in a safe place. I hold onto files for some months but eventually need to delete them for storage space. Old and lost commissions/adopts cannot be restored.» If the client shows signs of not having read the entirety of my Terms and Conditions during the order and/or payment process, the client will be turned away and asked to read them again, or I won’t accept your order.

NSFW:

» In accordance to my country’s laws, I will only do NSFW commissions for clients who are legal adults/18+ years of age. By commissioning NSFW you are agreeing that you are 18 or above the age of 18. Breaking this rule will result in a permanent blacklist/block on all of my social medias and your account will be reported. (If you are a new commissioner and/or someone I am unsure is an adult, verification will be needed.)» I may ask for proof that you are an adult. Again, I only will draw NSFW for legal adults. This is purely a safety precaution and a way for me to verify you are 18+. Your information will be kept private and deleted afterwards to protect your privacy.» I will only do NSFW of characters who are canonically 18+ (I will not draw minors or “aged up” minors!)» I will not draw illegal ships or any fetishes. (Minorxadult, incest, proships, etc)» NSFW is +30% of original prices.» Additional fees may be issued depending on how explicit and/or complex the piece is wanted.

PAYMENT & COPYRIGHT:

» PayPal only. (I use PayPal invoices and do not accept payment through other sources.)» Please send your payment only through the invoice I send. This helps me keep track of who has paid and commissions in general. If you ignore the invoice it’ll show you haven’t paid, which can cause confusion.» I won’t start on a commission until full payment is received. (For payment plans, I will not start until at least 50% of the full amount is paid.)» Payment plans are available for orders over $200.» No refunds! Refunds will only be issued if I somehow am unable complete the commission/need to cancel for personal reasons. Please make sure you are serious about buying, that you have the funds, and are aware of my turnaround times. (Spend rationally.)» All prices are in USD.» All prices shown are base prices and don’t represent the final cost.» Quick turnaround times result in fees. (Ranges between +50% to +150% of original price.)» NSFW commissions are +30% of original price.» Custom designs can range to +150% of original prices. (The process of fully developing a character's style and overall visual appearance. New character designs/concepts from scratch created by me and passed on to you.)» Commercial usage commissions are +200% of original prices. (Commercial use is any reproduction or purpose that is marketed, promoted, or sold and incorporates a financial transaction. Examples include, t-shirts, books, stickers, pins, and other merchandise. With a commercial purchase, you would be able to resell and modify your commission. A PSD file will be included for you to edit.)» Highly detailed characters or extra elements (ex, weapons, pets, effects, etc.) will result in additional fees. (Ranging between +$5 - $40)» You cannot claim my art as your own. I, the artist, still have rights towards the commissioned art. Proper credits are required when posting on all platforms. ©» Do not use my commissions for tracing or allow others to trace off of them. ©» If you do not pay the Commercial usage fee (+200% of original price), the commission is strictly for Personal use only. You do not have the right to resell, make reproductions, or make any form of profit off of the commissioned art from me.» In the event the client breaches my Terms of Service, the client will be blacklisted. Depending on the severity of the breach, I have the right to take legal action.

RUSHING FEES:

» Rushing fees allow you to get your commission on the day you want to get it. They can range anywhere between +50% - +150% of the commission price, it depends on how soon you want your commission done and how detailed it is.If you are at the bottom in my work list, if you pay a rush fee, you will have high priority and move to the top of my list, which means I would prioritize your commission first for quick delivery and wouldn’t have to wait for me to finish others before I get to yours.Examples:Within 2 weeks +50%
Within 1 week, the fee would be closer to +75%.
Within 48 hours would be +100%
Same day deliveries would be +150%How much the fee is ultimately depends on how quickly you want your commission done and how complex it is overall. It will require discussion between us. The examples are merely examples and not to be treated as final conclusions.» Rushing fees are charged for quick turnarounds because it means working with less time and generally more stress.» Rushing fees require you to be quick as well. Make sure you are available and able to communicate to approve sketches, lineart, etc. I am not responsible for late delivery if the reason behind it is you failing to respond quickly.

PAYMENT PLANS:

» Payment plans are available for orders over $200.» The plans I offer are:
2 part payment
3 part paymentFor payment plans, I will partially start on a piece when the first installment is received (sketch with watermark over it), but won’t finish it until 100% of the payment is received.If your order exceeds $400, we can discuss more payment plans.» Keep in mind, payment plans will have an additional +$5 fee per each transaction. (This is to accommodate for the PayPal fees and transfer fees.)» If you request a payment plan for an adoptable character, you need to finish the whole plan before you get the adopt files.

PRICES

» All prices are USD.
» All prices are base prices.
» Additional characters are +75% each.
» NSFW is +30% of original prices.
» Additional fees may be issued for complex designs, extra elements, and quick turnarounds.

» Simple Background is solid color, gradient, blurry background, minimal detail, or screenshot background from anime.» Basic backgrounds are simple low complexity scenes.» Detailed + highly detailed are complex scenes. (Dense forests, cityscapes, furniture heavy interior spaces, no blur, etc.)(Background examples can be found on the samples page!)

• SAMPLES

» Fake screenshot (2) is 2 panels, which includes 2 basic backgrounds and 2 bust-ups only by default. (If you want halfbodies, more characters, something more complex, etc, the price will be calculated by adding up individual prices together Example: if you want 3 bust ups, 1 half body, and a detailed background, add the prices in the price sheet together for the charge.)
